1. Service Usage Terms

You may use the Tilewise website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that would damage, disable, or otherwise impair its operation or interfere with other users' access.

Prohibited uses

- — Submitting false, misleading, or harmful content through any site forms.
- — Reproducing or distributing Tilewise's original content without permission.
Fair usage
Where service deliverables are defined in scope, they are intended for use by the client in their own project. Resale or redistribution of deliverables to third parties requires prior written agreement.
2. Account and Access
The Tilewise website does not currently require account creation for browsing or submitting enquiries. If account-based access is introduced for specific services, the following terms will apply:
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accurate information
Information provided when creating an account or submitting a form must be accurate and current. Providing false information may result in termination of access.
Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of misuse, violation of these terms, or harm to other users or the site's operation.
3. Service Availability

4. Intellectual Property
Site content ownership
All original text, design, graphics, and code on the Tilewise website are the intellectual property of Tilewise unless otherwise noted. Reproduction without permission is not permitted.
Service deliverables
Upon full payment for a completed engagement, the client receives the agreed deliverables for use in their own project. Specific ownership and licensing terms for each engagement are confirmed in the scope agreement.
User-submitted content
By submitting content via forms or communications, you grant Tilewise a limited right to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service or responding to your enquiry.
Copyright and trademarks
The Tilewise name and associated branding are protected. Use of these without written permission is not allowed.
